Positive: First, the responsiveness of the staff is AMAZING. They are are extremely helpful. We arrived after hours. Check-in went well. We asked for guidance on seeing the butterflies. Great advice and links. We asked for assistance in taking the told road back to CDMX. Excellent advice. And we never met the management staff. Everything was via WhatsApp Second, the room was nicely furnished and well maintained. And plenty of hot water with good water pressure.
